I usually give people the benefit of dought once maybe even twice but I have lived down the street from this place for three years and after this last and final cut I am done with this location and the one out by Best buy!!!! DONE!!!! You hire some of the worst!!! My boyfriend got his hair cut here, and they butchered his head. She shaved an unnecessarily ridiculous amount over the ears, the line in the back was obviously uneven from feet away, and the fade was splotchy. There were clumps of hair that were just not cut! She did not give him anything he requested, and what she did do was horrible! She was definitely not properly trained to cut hair.

Went for a haircut. The lady was nice but used a dull razor to layer my hair and I could feel her ripping at it. Hair is already splitting and feels terrible, was totally untouched virgin hair (no heat/dye/etc) now it feels like I did years of damage in a matter of moments. The bottom layer is literally half my head and is butchered and uneven. Friends and family have commented on how awful it looks.
