The person who cut my hair did a good job. I had booked an appointment for 10:00. The person who was supposed to come in at 10:00 did not show up. Needless to say, booking the appointment did no good. Still had to sign in and wait. When I left there about 10:30, two people were waiting (they also had appointments) and the other employee was still not there.
Karina was AMAZING! Efficient with her time, delivered quality service and was engaging and warm! Will visit her again for my haircutting needs!
