Why have online scheduling and check-in when you arrive and there are two appointments ahead of mine still waiting? One had been waiting 20 minutes and the other 45 minutes past their online appointments. This is third time in a row, with this one being potentially a 45 minute or more wait for my scheuled cut. Last one was 25 minutes wait. No thanks..... fool me once....
Excellent as always. Bianca is an excellent stylist. She remembers my preferences and always makes sure that I am satisfied. Additionally, she has a great personality and sense of customer service !😃
