I came in for a cut today. The stylist I had said she’s been one for 30 years. She brushed my hair starting at the top when she should’ve started at the bottom to prevent breakage, & just raked through my tangles. She was about to cut my hair without a shampoo so I asked her to shampoo it. She used hot water to rinse out my conditioner when you’re supposed to use cold to close the cuticles. I was a little nervous about visiting, my hair is long, curly and gray. But Julie did an outstanding job! I am very pleased and will visit Julie again!

Drena did a fantastic job on my hair! I'm older and have found that some of the younger stylists don't always understand what I want. Drena listened to all my concerns and was able to make sense of it. If I didn't live 9 hrs away, she would be my new permanent stylist. Hopefully, I can get my current stylist to follow her cut.

I decided at the last minute to stop in this shop for a much needed haircut. Drena took me right in and cut my hair exactly like I asked. She is very pleasant and we had a nice conversation. She suggested a product for my dry hair and showed me how to apply. All this was done under 20 minutes!
