Terrible experience! Made a reservation for 3:30pm; got there at 3:20pm and a stylist wasn’t available until 3:50pm. The salon wasn’t crowded and no one was waiting except me & my son. The two stylists were rude and when I asked them what’s the point of making a reservation when we had to wait a half hour, the one stylist said that if a customer asks for an additional service than what they initially scheduled then the stylist has to accommodate the request.
