The only thing I do not like is when you make an appointment, so you are before the walk-ins, they tell you there is someone ahead of you that is a walk in. Aren't appointments 1st? Unless they are already in the chair that is understandable. Isn't that the whole reason for an appointment, so you don't have to wait for a walk in to go ahead of you? I know they have been waiting awhile. But that's not fair to the people with an appointment. So why have the option for appointments? Other than that the stylist took her time and... read more
