Great haircut
I've been getting my haircut at this facility for years now know everyone in here and they know me, I used to try and trim my own beard but not easy to do as it starts getting long so leave it up to the professionals because they do an incredible job.
Excellent as always.
Jennifer Lupone was my cutter and she was excellent - great skills, courteous and professional and really tried to keep the store running - as she was short of staff and pressure was on her to get things done. There was a long wait time - I waited 25 mins despite having scheduled an appt. So, overall, Jennifer was great but the backup was really strenuous on everybody.
Jen always does an amazing job with my hair. She is extremely experienced with color and I am never disappointed. I completely trust her and she knows what I like. I trust her completely and appreciate her kindness, dedication and talent that she brings to her profession!
