Did a great job cutting my son's hair exactly how he wanted it! My stylist did a fantastic job reshaping and freshening up my look too! Very pleased we went today.
I had a very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment online for 3:30 PM and arrived at 3:33 PM. Despite having a reservation, I had to wait for more than an hour before my haircut could begin. If the expected wait time exceeds the scheduled appointment time, it should be clearly communicated in advance, even for customers with reservations.
