I went to get my hair cut and mentioned that I like layers in my hair. It was long and needed shaping. Dead ends cut off. I said 2 inches max off the length. She then proceeded to start doing ridiculous things with my hair. Pulling it all forward and twisting it to cut it. I stopped her and asked what she was doing.
