The online check in is great. It has always been difficult to keep the little one occupied while waiting in the store. Now they tell you when to show up and boom you are in. We always get good haircuts and friendly service.

No one wants to work day before easter
The staff is very rude when you call and ask them if they have any openings. I thought maybe the first time they were just busy and the lady was stressed. We’ve used them twice and both times they just act like calling them is a burden and you are stupid.
This location is closed now. All boarded up because they didnt have enough staff.
