Jenna was incredible! She really took the time to understand my goals and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely keep coming back to her!
Asked for a head shave. Basic, no skill, zero effort job. Took less than 5 min, and was not very thorough. Charged me $28 and asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said no, in which the stylist exclaimed "WHY!?" in front of everyone, essentially extorting me into tipping. If she just let me pay and leave quietly, I wouldn't be writing this review.
Su was great. She gentle and quick.
I wish they had roller brushes of different sizes. I still miss Jalin who knew what to do and what size brush to use. Right after I was back home my hair looked undone and messy.
Always a great job and super friendly. Soo is the best!
