Carolyn is amazing! She took her time, used the BEST products on my hair and made it SHINE! She was patient with me as I was requested thicker bangs and readjusted and added more hair to the bangs until I was satisfied! I absolutely loved my experience and I bet you will too! Ask for Carolyn! 💞
I am quite disappointed with my experience with Carolyn. She failed to introduce herself, despite my regular visits to Supercuts and my familiarity with Amy and Patry. It's clear that she is new to the salon, but her lack of effort to communicate effectively with me as a deaf customer is unacceptable.
