Customers Beware Upon entering this establishment, you are asked if you already have an appointment which normally I do not do (and generally have to wait 10-20 mins). Today, I actually made an appointment and arrived 5 mins early. I checked in, and then waited for 15 mins with out as much as a word. I then spoke with the store Manager, some blonde woman who was very defensive and most unpleasant. She explained that the appointments were not really appointments...
