While the service was polite and friendly, the haircut and beard trim were not exactly what I asked for. I wanted a high fade (blended from longer hair on top to short on the back and sides) and for my beard length to be blended into my sideburns. On both the transition is very abrupt and shows clear lines where the length changes. I don't know how often they work on beards, but this is probably the worst beard trim I've gotten.
Very bad experience, my mistake, never again!
