This place is getting worse. I have been coming here for years but I get the impression the staff doesn't care anymore. I don't think I'll be coming back here. I waited an extra 40 minutes even though I called ahead, and walked out, so no haircut and an hour wasted with driving. No apology from staff!!!!!
Walked in at 5:20 for a blow out. I walked in and was told, even though they are open until 9, they would not do a blow out because their boss Donna said quick hair cuts only. I confirmed they were open until 9, they said yes but refused my business. I will never return.
The staff seemed very unhappy and unfriendly. I thought the person who gave me a haircut the first time was just having a bad day. I went back a second time and got treated curtly again. With the exception of the older woman staff, the rest of them are plain rude . I definitely will not be going there again,
I had already heard from friends here that the staff was horrible but I wanted to give them benefit of doubt. I checked my son in at the desk and waited 15 minutes. Another patron walked in and was taken immediately. I asked the girl at the desk why because we had been waiting. She didn't even respond. I told them I was leaving...there were 3 hair cutters there...and not one of them apologized or asked us to stay. Unbelievable. Way to uphold your horrible reputation!
I went to Supercuts in Wilton for a wash and blow dry recently. The stylist Rohan was great! He made me feel so at ease I fell asleep. He does a great brow dry. I"m definately going back to see him.
I want to see Wanda for the 1st time for color. She did a great job and was really sweet. She knows what she is doing you can feel very confident in her hands.
