For the 3rd and final time she cut my hair horribly even after I spoke to her slowly and explained exactly what to do. Last 2 times she cut is way too short, shorter on the right than the left and this time the same thing and the back was crooked and hanging hair on the left longer than the right. I should be fully refunded but I will never come back.
