My haircut was great. Kai was the one cutting my hair. The only oroblem was the email I got saying I could get $4 off. I didn't realize you have to print the coupon out. I made an appointment online and thought that was it. To me it was very misleading.
Mobile scheduling and check in were easy. When I arrived, l received their normal friendly welcome and was able to get in a chair quickly. The stylist was friendly, asked questions during the haircut to make sure we were on the same page. Highly recommended.
