I was greeted promptly , and they were able to accommodate me as a walk in on a Sunday morning. the young lady who cut my hair was friendly and efficient and did a great job.. i also enjoyed the conversation..
I just minutes ago left Supercuts in West Roxbury, I did not have an appointment but I asked for a haircut. There were 2 employees present. It was 357pm. One of the ladies said she has a 400pm appointment and then she has to leave! When I told her I would never be here again she very happily said "ok"!!!! I'm talking about a 15 minute haircut!!!!! I have been here many times! And because of that ladies attitude I will NEVER be back!
