I've been going to Supercuts for a long time and have been very happy with them in general, but this hairdresser at the Beacon Street shop was so rude and unprofessional. It took 2 hours because she made my hair way lighter than I wanted, then acted like I said I wanted that (I did not). I don't know her name but she has long dyed green hair. She was not very nice at all.

Went in for a blow dry with Jae. She was good and attentive! She listened to my concerns as I had previously heat damage and she helped me find the right products. She is very patient and understanding, especially if at the end I change my mind about wanting curls at the end of my hair. I definitely recommend her services!
