I went in today to get an edge on my freshly cut hair. 2 stylists were working on customers. I sat for 15 minutes and was never acknowledged- didn't hear " How can we help you," or " We'll be with you shortly." I decided to leave. I was really sure this wasn't a place to give my business, even though years ago I used to go to Suoercuts. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
The stylist was fine and she gave me an excellent cut. However I am a simple job and normally patronize $5 cut "salons." I only chose this shop because Supercuts provided coupon. However Supercuts did not honor its coupon.
