This score is the combination of 2 experiences and very generous. 1st visit) 1 Star Encounter: happened June 6, 2025 when I went to the salon for a trim. My usual person is no longer there so I just signed in. I showed Stassa (my stylist of the day) recent pictures of my hair. 2 curly and 2 straight. She was very nice. I told her I am in the process of letting it grow back out and I only wanted my ends trimmed to help my curls pop. She shampooed my hair so hard my head hit the bowl several times. Came in for a walk in due to messy hair and my experience went well. Everyone there helped me figure out what I wanted to do with a messy fro especially Sydney. She ended up fixing a problem I've had with my hair for years now and even taught me things to tell future barbers. Great job to everyone that works here.
When entering SuperCuts we were greeted with a friendly smile her name was Stephanie I asked her how much was a hair cut. My daughter and I schedule our appointment the next day. Stephanie took her time with myself and my daughter our hair came out beautifully. Thank you so much Stephanie for taking your time with our hair.
I had my husband get his haircut along with my 3 yr old son. Supposed to be a comb over and it is so crooked and doesn’t look faded in.. looks as if he cut his own hair. He also has so many missed long hairs that wasn’t cut with the buzzer in the back. First experience for my son and definitely will be the last!!!
