no wonder this place has so many bad reviews. it should just go out of business instead of operating at these low standards. the better business bureau will hopefully do something about it, to correct it soon. UPDATE TO REPLY: the wait was definitely not short, over 30 min, and just like the stylist confirmed, the appointment system is just for guidance purposes and not something accurate or enforced. you guys are a joke
I initially had a scheduling issue due to a "system glitch," but after a sincere apology I decided to give them a try and they treated my right and helped me choose a style that fit me. Thank you
