My wife has had a great experience coming here here the last year or so. We had a terrible experience on 1/10/26. Im guessing The stylist Rex doesn't know how to count inches. My wife told her to trim our daughter's hair 1 inch not 7 to 9 inches. Im very pissed off about this. We have had our daughter in therapy to build her confidence and Rex killed it all by cutting all of her hair off and it was nowhere close to what my wife told her .
