My granddaughter wanted to have two small purple streaks on her bangs. Ended up with silver after trying to dye with various colors three different times. your salon did not have the actual color purple that Addie wanted so the girl tried to create it with different shades. She ended up with silver streaks. Could not be colored and no she has not been in a pool at all, So that is definitely not what was causing the issue. It was awesome i do not remember the stylist name but she was amazing actually had a full conversation with a stylist for the first time i would definitely go again
