Store is permanently closed. Didn't say that on line. Let me make an appointment AND even texted and emailed me with confirmation and said to let them know when I arrive. Come on. Supercuts overall is better than that. If store is closed, corporate should shut down it all. I love Supercuts, but this will make me question if I go to them anymore.
Serene has no business cutting hair. She was not paying attention to my haircut, instead just started with some sob stories (not discrediting your experiences, but not a good way to start a haircut for your customers). She saw my hair was uneven and messed it up even more. I had to STOP her mid-cut because she was about to cut off too much while not keeping it straight. I had to go to another location to get it evened out. AVOID!!!!!!!!!
