I had the same lady. Naseem. Previously I had 2 good hair stylists. Donna and I forgot the other women. They were there for years! Now they have 2 women that are new. I don't see the other ones anymore. They want u to pay with cash only. And they always close early. What is going on with this place????? One women who cut my hair didn't understand me. So naseem had to tell her what I was saying. Give me a break. It will probably close down soon if corporate doesn't see what's going on.
Today, October 31, 2015 at 12:10 p.m., I visited your location at 3217 Lake Avenue Suite 7c in Wilmette Illinois to get a haircut. I have been coming to this location for the past six months and have received outstanding service and have been a long time customer of Supercuts. The stylist, I believe her name was Nassem (a Pakistani or Indian woman) asked me how I wanted my hair cut. I explained that I go with a number two on the sides and a number four on top.
