I tried to make an appointment on-line at the Kutztown SuperCuts, the website indicated that there was no wait and would not let me make an appointment, I have been going there for years and the website is always hit or miss with the on-line scheduling. When I got there at 4:28 PM on 02/19/2022, there were two girls standing by the check-in counter, it looked like they may have been dividing up the days tips, there were no other customers in the store but me.
