They offered to fix it, charged me $35 extra for the toner when I specifically asked for the bright blonde, I wanted a noticeable difference, the fix They offered looks no better then before, this place has always been my go to & now I'm rethinking that. 1st 2 pics are the 1st time 3rd pics & on are the "fix") each side is blotchy & 2 different colors all together this costed me around $100 I am beyond UPSET!! Do better supercuts to your loyal customers. I'd give 0 stars if it'd let me..
