Nicole was AMAZING!!!! She heard my concerns and Mae my hair looks and feel great.
Booked an appointment for 1 pm. Had to wait 45 minutes for my turn
Pathetic wait times. They will say first come first serve but their check in system is messed up. They made me wait full one hour and when asked why they are taking people without order they had no answer at all. Bad customer service. Three women in one salon and no one is able to manage.
