I had Maria cut my hair. I showed her a picture and she cut it like the picture only shorter. She was worried about taking off too much because I have long wavy hair. She made sure I was happy with how much hair she cut off. She seems very intentional as I watched her cut my hair. She is one of those people that you can tell is very engaged in her work.
