There is no point in using the online appt scheduler. The stylist wasn’t available at the appt time and they seemed to have no idea that there was even an appt made. Also stated they didn’t even have the hair dye (brown so not super unusual). Same story at a second location that I called. They are pretty much only good for mens/boys haircuts. Might as well be a barbershop.
Always a good welcoming. The plus is that the hairstylist listened to what I wanted.
