Kim is a great styles she cut my hair twice and did fantastic i go to her everytime because she does so good

Would like to know who to contact about a refund 🤔. Asked during the 1st week. Oh let me see if I can get fix it. Me ok. Still was not happy tried using the blonde shampoo for a month Still red tones not blonde. Now trying to only give back 100.00 our policy is 7 days. Well I came back within that 7 days. Waited over a month for card to come. Only to find out it's already activated and there's only 1.57 on card. Never again will I go to this franchise 😒
