The cost of a brief head shave was double what I typically pay at other establishments. Regrettably, I won’t be returning in the near future.

The price for a haircut is ridiculous, especially when you have short hair to begin with. Very young people, who absolutely have no idea how to cut hair, she was getting ready to cut my hair dry, I'm like, could you please wet my head before you start cutting, didn't even ask me if I wanted a shampoo before starting. Don't ever let a hair stylist cut your hair dry. Of all people, they should know that. HELLO!!🥴

The manager worked with me, I asked for a cape when she washed my hair. I did not get one ,when I got in the chair today to get hair dried and blown out. I asked for one. I did not get one. Talked about herself a lot. I will not be coming back to this one or the one that she’s going to in Salem. Bad service.

Last time I went there they forgot the cut around my ears and even left some extra long hairs randomly. The woman got upset when I told her about the long hairs. Also claim they are open until 5:00pm but they lock the doors at 4:30 so that they can leave at 5:00. VERY unprofessional. If you’re going to put your hours on the door, they you should stick to the hours. Especially when you work for tips. Will NEVER go here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
