I am very disappointed with my recent visit. I clearly showed a picture of the haircut I wanted, but the result turned out completely different and very unsatisfactory. As a regular customer, this experience was especially frustrating and disappointing. I have even recommended this place to five of my friends in the past, but after today’s experience, we will no longer be visiting. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the stylist who did my haircut today; otherwise, I would have mentioned it directly.

This was my second visit to Supercuts East Windsor and I am again so happy with my experience! Jalin is my stylist and she is just incredibly devoted to making you feel great. She is warm and knowledgeable and really wants you to be happy! Natalie was there tonight as well and seems very friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you!
