My family and I love going to Phillip, he is great! We are very sad to hear that this location is closing.
If i could it would be a 0. When i walked in nobody wanted to cut my hair, looked at each other as if they were mad I made an appointment. The sign at the door about closing should have been my first sign. I asked for long layers, an inch off, and face framing. The girl was short blonde with bangs. She told me she couldn’t do layers bc it would be choppy even though i’ve gotten layers my whole life. we went back and forth and i gave up so i said that’s fine just do the face framing and cut an inch. made no sense to me. she g... read more
