Rude and disrespectful beautician managing the Salon who refused to allow My appointment that was 5 minutes late, with nobody in the waiting room, nobody in any chair, 2 beauticians in the salon apparently with nothing to do because she indicated she had double booked the Salon the rest of the afternoon.
