Im 75 and currently on hiatus from my hair stylist of 3+ decades.Today was my 1st Supercuts visit and the overall impression was POSITIVE. The environment & atmosphere are clean and inviting. Refreshingly, there was no pressure to buy product. In fact, I asked to buy the "spray wax" bcuz it worked so well. All sorts and ages of clients came thru while i was there. My son had a kid's cut with Mercedes today. She was very patient and made my son feel at ease. Wonderful customer service and she is such a sweet soul. Highly recommend if you are looking for a stylist who is good with kids!!!
Needed a very last minute haircut on a Sunday and spent less than 20 minutes. I’m very particular about my hair as I have short curly hair and know it well. All I needed was a cut, no styling. Kiersten was fast and did an amazing job. It’s really hard to find anyone in the VT area that cuts curly hair well, so I was taking a chance coming here. Kendra was amazing during my son’s haircut! She was SO patient & understanding while he moved all around. She made the experience really wonderful and because she didn’t rush him or force him, he became comfortable and we were able to do a full haircut!
Mercedes worked miracles with my haircut! She asked me what we were doing today, and I explained the kind of cut I was looking for, and Mercedes made it happen. She checked in with me and check pointed with me before she did anything to make sure it was consistent with what I had in mind. That’s great customer service.
