Made a reservation four minutes before the set time, only time available. Showed up 7 minutes late and was told I missed my spot, only a five minute grace period. Not a single customer in the shop. I’ve never had a haircut take more than 10 minutes. Was told I could wait the 8 or so minutes to see if the next appointment showed up or not. After my poor review I posted the next morning I received a phone call from the manager. She apologized and said that she would like me to come in so she would fix my haircut free of charge. I went in and Molly did an amazing job! I absolutely love the cut. It turns out she loves to texture hair and is excellent at it too. Molly also took her time and asked me many questions so she could cut it correctly. I didn’t feel like she was in a rush for the next customer. It was a much better experience.
