Karen was outstanding! Fantastic experience!!
Crystal was my stylist. She is good but didn't have the nessisary equipment to cut my hair how I get it. I get a BALD fade which requires shavers she did not have. I have gotten this before at this location. Will not return. I expect to be able to get my hair cut the way I want it.
When I first walked in, you do have to admit, it may not be as upscale as other places, hence the price being lower than others. When I first sat down with Karen, she really did care about what I wanted my haircut to look like. When she was dealing with my hair, initially she was a little bit too forceful (never aggressive nor harmful.) There was a janky radio in the back, which made me think I was going to get a slapstick haircut. (Which has happened in the past at other barber shops and Supercuts, unfortunately.)
