Leann took care of me today, and she was as skilled and professional as usual, extending her expertise to even remember the exact cut that I prefer, and she had her work made out for her, as I hadn't had my hair cut for about two months. We had a respectful and poignant conversation, discussing current and relevant events, rather than the all too common small talk that bores customers, condescends anyone with a functioning brain, and erases all memory of, what at least has the potential to be, a rather pleasant experience.
