Horrible customer service!! Left a message and she didn't call me back. When I called her back she said she got the message but was no longer doing color. O and BTW were booked for the day but again didn't call me back and let me know. Hey I know it's a Supercuts not a big fancy salon but having customer service is something you should have no matter where you work. Wish I would have gotten her name but there again falls under the customer service umbrella.

never open when they say they’re open and when you show up they tell you they can’t take you for a couple hours. You just lost a customer.
Normally good but my wife had a appointment and left work only to get there and shop is closed. It would have been nice if she would have been notified so she would not have missed work for no reason. Not happy!!!
Amber’s professionalism and care she takes to give the perfect cut is like finding treasure! Third visit and I will definitely always be a return customer as long as she is available! 👍👍
