On behalf of a friend: Walked-in for a bleach to transition into a lighter color; Ended up with untouched roots and strands of pink with untouched strands of natural brown. I have a couple of really bad experiences at this Super Cut's. I guess you get what you pay for. The manager (Lisa) cut my hair about 6 months ago. It has taken me 6 months to grow it out. I asked for a chin length A-frame bob. My hair after 6 months is finally chin length. Today I took my brother there for a hair cut. He is on SSI disability. We are on a tight budget.
