Zero Stars - Rude customer service by one of the stylists(Pilar. D). Rude customer service and rough treatment of my son on 19th Sep. 5:11 PM. Needs to take some training on how to treat customers with respect. My 10 year son was treated roughly. The stylist was practically pushing his head down forcefully. I will never go back to this place again. When I requested NOT to cut too much hear, she tells me not to worry, it will grow back and It's just hair! First time and last time for this location!! Zero star if I could!!
This place is so convenient as it is near my house however I cannot support this business as Pilar is just so rude and inappropriate. She will try to make you feel unintelligent and will undermine and insult you in front of your children and for this I can now understand why they never look busy. At this point I have decided to never go back after her behavior today.
