Olivia was great, professional and very personal.
Horrible haircut. For a basic bob, took 1.5 hours. The stylist was slow and had no clue how to cut hair. I seriously almost stopped her mid-cut and asked for a different stylist. Cost was $50.00 for a wash, cut, and style. I had to coach her the entire way. Unbelievable that this salon would allow this level of skill at a high price level.
Great experience as usual! Cut and color just as I like it!
She knew what to do. When uncertain, she asked questions.
