HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH Sue Carcione!!! Don't ever try her!! My mom just had shoulder surgery and went to get her hair washed and cut so she will be able to maintain it since she can't move her arm/shoulder. SUE CARCIONE treated her like she had a disease or something and she was holding her hair with a disgusted look on her face.
