The stylist (if you can call her that) cuts quarter sized hole in the back of my head. When I went back to show her, she told me it was alopecia. Needless to say within a week hair started growing back-not a common trait of alopecia. Spend the extra money folks.
I called to get the pricing for a partial color (one color underneath the hair) and was quoted $10.00. When I got their, driving from North Saco, they told me they made a error on the pricing and it would cost me $45.00!!! They didn't honor the price they had given me over the phone. Why should the customer have to pay for Supercuts mistake??
