Got there at 5:43pm tried to open the door and it was locked noticed a sign that said new four hours closing at six. Not sure why it was closed over 15 minutes early lady just looked at me didn’t even approach the door so I turned around and walked away. It’s the same lady that I’ve had issues with before so it doesn’t surprise me that she closed before the store supposed to. I get a buzz haircut every time it takes less than five minutes.
We came in today to get our son's hair cleaned up/trimmed - he had medium/longish hair that swooped to the side as he's been growing it out. The lady who cut his hair, basically buzzed it all off telling us afterwards that his hair kept sticking up so she 'kept cutting and cutting'. Her words were, "I did the best I could so I won't charge you." This was the absolute worst and most unacceptable hair cutting experience I've ever had. We will never return.
I love this place and it has excellent service. Their price is very reasonable, edgecated employees and the place is very clean. Good job management!
