I usually have good service, but my last visit was absolutely awful. She did not listen to a word I said, I said a slight trim and she cut 4 inches off my hair . I said keep it in the same style and she cut it the way she wanted.. It was uneven and short in the back long on the sides. I don’t know if I can ever go back now. I am sick over it!!!
