Waited 20 minutes for my turn, but it was a good thing that I made the appointment. My hair stylist did a great job cutting my hair.
The people who cut the hair, when you actually are able to finally get into a chair, are usually pretty good. How they handle customers who come into the store and "Appointments" is extremely lacking. The lady who usually covers the front desk is not very good at keeping the waiting customers informed about when their turn is next, why someone who just walked through the door is going before them, and keeping people informed of when they will be next in general. They need to go back to beauty school they don't know how to cut hair or what is cut my hair in layers.😡
So while my son was getting a haircut, I asked if I can use the restroom. The girl that was cutting my son's hair says, "we don't have public restrooms." I say to her, "I understand, but I'm a customer." She still insists that they don't have public restrooms. I will never go there again. I sat there and waited for 30 minutes to get a hair trim and then while getting a haircut. How are you going to deny a paying customer the restroom? Rude! �
