This location is terrible. Regardless if you go in for a consultation or not, for expectations will not be met and they will make mistakes with your hair. They will not take accountability for their mess ups and they will not be able to make the situation right. They're incapable of fixing the mistakes they make and won't honor a refund. The store manager doesn't seem to care and they'll continue to belittle you and talk you in circles without any real interest in fixing the situation.
