I asked for an undercut and confirmed it mid-service. I received a high fade instead. When I asked politely but indirectly at the end if it could be fixed, I was told it was essentially what I asked for, which didn’t match the result. Rather than cause a ruckus, I made for the door. I was then verbally asked for a cash tip despite the unresolved issue. I gave the tip, I know how hard it is out there, but I just wanted out as soon as possible.
